Customer Segmentation (RFM Analysis)

Separate business strategy for appropriate segment of targeted buyers.

Customer Segmentation & its importance

Customer segmentation is one of the most crucial marketing techniques available because it may assist a company in better comprehending its target market. This is because it groups customers based on common characteristics. Successful segmentation organises your customer data into groups that share similar traits or behaviours rather than using a "one-size-fits-all" approach, assisting in the development of dynamic content and personalization strategies for more timely, relevant, and efficient marketing messages.

This can include everything from designing in-store displays to offering customised digital ads to conducting targeted email campaigns. Customers experience greater engagement and connection. When businesses properly cultivate their business-consumer relationships, personalization can result in customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
